cpd.so gives every licensed Somali health professional one place to track, complete, and verify the Continuing Professional Development hours that NHPC requires for two-year licence renewal.

Why now

NHPC is moving every health professional in Somalia onto a single registration system. Renewal will require evidence of accredited CPD hours — and most of those hours need to come from courses delivered by approved providers, in either Somali or English.

How it works

1. Sign in with your NHPC ID or your phone (Hormuud / Telesom / Somtel).
2. Browse accredited courses from approved providers — universities, hospitals, professional associations.
3. Enrol, complete the course, earn your CPD hours. We sync them automatically to your NHPC record.
4. Your digital certificate is on cpd.so the moment you finish — same QR verifier NHPC inspectors use.

What is next

We are onboarding the first cohort of accredited providers (universities + clinical training centres in Mogadishu, Hargeisa, Garowe, Bosaso) and finalising the NHPC sync. If you operate a training facility and want to publish accredited CPD courses, get in touch via cpd.so/become-a-provider.
