1. Who we are
cpd.so is operated by Tabsamo Group. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use cpd.so.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at info@cpd.so immediately if you think your account has been compromised. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Course providers
Providers are independent organisations that submit courses for accreditation. cpd.so accredits courses against a published rubric but does not guarantee any specific outcome, licence renewal, or regulator acceptance. The provider remains responsible for the accuracy of course content and the conduct of any on-campus session.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through WaafiPay, eDahab, or other payment rails listed at checkout. cpd.so collects fees, retains a platform fee disclosed at provider approval, and remits the remainder to the provider on a regular cadence. All amounts are in the currency shown on the course page. Refunds are not guaranteed; reach out at info@cpd.so and we'll review your case.
5. Certificates and ledger
Certificates issued by cpd.so are based on your performance against the course's published assessment. Each certificate has a public verification code. cpd.so's ledger is the record of your CPD hours within this platform; whether your regulator accepts those hours is governed by that regulator's rules.
6. Acceptable use
Don't do anything illegal, anything that interferes with cpd.so's normal operation, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
7. Liability
cpd.so is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date at the top of this page changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
